For my card I used

Christmas Sweater Seth  From Dr Digi

I have actually managed to colour the image with

Promarkers and Ink Lily Markers this time.

 

 

I designed the over the edge card in Cricut Design Space and used my Cricut Maker to cut out the image and all the mats and layers because cutting physically is still almost impossible at the minute.

I am so proud of this card, simply because I managed to glue things in place using my right hand and the tips of the fingers on my broken left hand.

For my card I had to enlist the help of my husband!

I am still in a plaster cast so am unable to physically craft.

I coloured the image digitally using Affinity Photo.

I took the image into Cricut design space to create the card shape and the mat layer.

My Cricut Maker cut it all out and then my husband glued it together for me.

The image is called Soccer Dreams

 I have as some of you may know broken my wrist, so physical crafting is impossible at the minute, so I have been learning how to colour images digitally. I still have a long way to go, but it does satisfy my crafty cravings and helps me to feel I am not letting my Design teams down.

My card is a first for me. I had a fall two weeks ago and broke my wrist and damaged the ligaments in my ankle. This has made physical crafting impossible. So because I miss crafting and have been immobile I’ve tried my hand at digital colouring and created a design using digital papers.

It’s not perfect but I’m hoping my technique will get better.

I used Cup of Cocoa

Happy Birthday CRAFT Challenge

 Good Morning All and a Very Happy 12^th Birthday to us all here at CRAFT Challenge!!

 This year we are 12 years old already and still going strong. Only one team member has been present from the start, Jo. I have seen a lot of team members come and go over these 12 years, but all have been fabulous and very talented. I feel honoured to be working with such talented and lovely people. Even though my time is limited these days, I still love being part of this team.

 If you feel you would like to join our fabulous team, then just have a look at our DT Call page, which will inform you of any openings on the team. Or simply get in touch with us and let us know.

 And now it’s time for our birthday celebrations. This week our challenge is

I used just one of the card cutting files from the cutting cafe 

aand I have to say I love this style of card. I used my 

Cricut Maker to cut the card, but there are PDF

 files in the set so you can cut it out without a cutting machine.

The sentiment is part of the set too.

I printed the image twice , flipping  one of them and 

coloured them with Ink Lily Pens.
