Paper Piecing at CRAFT

Good Morning and welcome to a new challenge over at CRAFT Challenge.

For my DT card this week I was fortunate enough to use

‘Benjamin Bunny from Sweet n Sassy.

For his body I used one of the furry papers from Tin Teddy over on Etsy - here.

For the flower pot and the flower I used papers from thhe Bearly Mine Spring and Summer Pack. Sadly these are no longer available.

I also used these papers for the backing papers.

His nose, pads and inner ear are coloured using Promarkers and I added some Glossy Accent to make his nose shine.

It’s Thursday and time for a new challenge over at CRAFT Challenge.

Our theme for this week is

For my DT projects this week  

Inspired by 'The New Baby by Mercer Mayer'.... 

I  used the 'Book Box Set' to create a box for a mini album for my eldest daughter's baby shower. She is expecting her first baby - a boy at the end of June.

(using 'BOOK BOX TEMPLATE - TEMPLATE AND CUTTING FILE' by The Cutting Cafe)

The papers are from Katie Pertiet's  Paper set  - 'My Baby Boy' - here
The dies are all Marianne dies.

Ribbon and magent for the box closure are from my stash.

A Duck shaped Card Invite Set  from the Cutting Café to create a baby shower card and favour boxes.

I resized the pattern on my Silhouette machine to make the smaller ducks and then created a tray to fit between the two ‘ducks’.

The ribbon and dummy are from my stash.

Christmas at CRAFT

Good Morning and welcome to a new challenge over at CRAFT Challenge.

This week the theme of our challenge is Christmas

For my Dt project I used the gorgeous ‘Snow Friends’ from Bugaboo

 

  

For my mitten card I used a Dutch Doobadoo card art stencil available here

 The image was coloured with Promarkers.

The snowflakes were cut using a memory box die and a Joy die.

The beautiful frame is from Marianne Designs and was inked using distress ink.

The glitter and pearl drops are from my stash.

The ticket was from a set by Crafty Cat – sorry I can’t find the link.

For my DT cards this week I used ‘Bundle of Dreams’ from Sami Stamps.

This image just lends itself to a CAS card.

For the boy version I simply removed the bow in the baby’s hair.

The faux stitching and sentiment were added in a graphics program – Craft Studio by Serif.

Little Foxes

Good morning

We have a new challenge over at 613 Avenue Create this week.

I used her gorgeous stamp Little Foxes to create a card for my brother’s birthday. He is into wild life photography so I thought this image is perfect for him.

As always the image is coloured with Promarkers and Flexmarkers.

The papers are from LU digitals – Nature digital papers

The mini pine cones were collected on a walk ages ago.

The leaves were created using a digital punch in Craft Artist 2 and then fussy cut.

The sentiment was created on the computer.
