It’s Thursday again – my how quickly they come round, so that means a new challenge over at CRAFT Challenge.

I was lucky enough to be given the fantastic

Heart Swag Snowman

This year I have decided to give my neighbours wall plaques instead of Christmas cards.

I used a circle of chipboard which I cut using a Go Kreate XXL die.

I cut some rustic wood design paper of the same size and glued it onto the chip board.

I used my Cricut maker to cut out the wreath and berries, I coloured the berries with Promarkes to give them some depth.

I fussy cut the snowman and then coloured it using Promarkers.

I mounted it onto the card using foam dimension pads.

I attached a ribbon to hang it.

How you interpret this is completely up to you, as long as you use either Promarkers, Flexmarkers, Brushmarkers, Aquamarkers or Trias on your work, if not your work will not be eligible.

For my card I chose to use two stamps.

Christmas Chris and Xmas Pud

I used the Xmas Pud to create the card base which I cut out on my Cricut Maker. I coloured the Xmas Pud and Christmas Chris with Promarkers and fussy cut them both. I added both of them to the card base and the card was complete.

Good Morning Crafty Peeps,

It’s time for a new monthly challenge at …

Jan’s Digi Stamps Challenge

As always the theme is Anything Goes .

There will be 2 random draws; one specifically for entries which use a JDS image, and the other for everyone else.  Each winner will receive a gift certificate for $10 to be spent in the store. 

The good news is ON SALE this whole month - All the JDS Christmas sets!

Today I am using two of Jan’s sets to create a Christmas scene.

Reindeer and Tree Scene.

I created the shaped base in a graphics program.

I cut it out on my Cricut Maker. I then cut out three of the pre-coloured trees and the lovely black andwhite deer family which I coloured with Promarkers.

Both of these sets are so incredibly versatile and can be teamed your cutting dies and other images.

Don’t forget to check out my fellow teamies projects – they are an awesome bunch of gals!!!
