Good morning,
There is a brand new
challenge over at
This month Anything Goes / Optional Twist – Distress It
For my project this month I made a
bauble Christmas card.
I began by creating the shape on my
Silhouette Cameo.
I coloured the top using Tim Holtz
distress ink – Weathered Wood and inked the edges.
I then cut the design paper which
is from Michelle R Designs – Teal Frost.
I distressed the edge and then used
Tim Holtz Tea Dye Ink on the edges.
The Poinsettia was made with a Tim
Holtz die and inked with Weathered Wood.
The foliage was cut with a variety
of dies and coloured with Weathered Wood.
The sentiment was from Artipants
Christmas Sentiments set.
The ribbon was from my stash as
were the gems.
I would like to enter this card
into the following cahllenges ….

Beautifully layered shaped Christmas card. Love the colour choice too. Thank you for joining in the Anything Christmas Challenge at CHNC Extra for September.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely beautiful Christmas bauble Sheryl! Love that blue and the papers you chose to use. The design on the paper on the ornament is perfect and the distressing makes it look antique - well done!
