Sisters

Good afternoon all, it is very rare for me to post on a Sunday, but today I made a card that was commissioned by my boss for her sister's birthday.

Recently she showed me this photograph of her and her sister which I have used as the focal point of the card. Anyone in their fifties and sixties will recognise the parted on the side decorated with a bow hairstyle.

Everyone woman I know of this age has a photo sporting the exact same hair style!

The papers are from the Katie Pertiet set Blue line Botanical here and is a set I have used over and over again.
The pearls I bought about two and a half years ago.
The seam binding was from Create and Craft ages ago
The lace and flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and are always in my stash.
The charm was from ebay over a year ago now.
The swirls were made using my trusty Doo Hickey die – I love this swirl!
