CRAFT challenge

Hi peeps, sorry for the late post, something went wrong with my schedule. Today's challenge over at CRAFT is a sketch provided by Kevin. Who is a previous DT member.

Our generous sponsors this week are Floppy Latte Designs and  Glitterbabe.
For my DT card I chose 'playin in the snow' by Floppy Latte.

The image is coloured with Promarkers
The lovely papers are from Bearly Mine Designs - Christmas wishes and Christmas swirls.
The ribbon is from stash.
The flowers are from Wild Orchids.

Remember to hop over to the rest of the DT blogs for their inspirational projects.

Enjoy the challenge.

I am entering this card into Crafty Catz - anything goes.

Hugs Sheryl xxx

  4. Sheryl!! I finally get to leave a comment! I had to change my google account to be able to answer on some of the sites, such as this one! Anyway, on the candle card, I couldn't get a good tutorial on one, so I made one up myself! I cut a piece of cardstock 6" x 9", Then I score on the 6"-7"-8". Then I cut another piece of cardstock 6" x 6". This is the one I decorate for the front of card. I cut my pattern paper for front, distress it, then glue it on. I then use my sizzix with the circle die, and cut the circle out of center! Then you add your "see" through paper to circle, (I glue on backside of the front.)Then you can add all your embellishments. When your finished you will glue the front of card to that 1" piece at end of your first piece of cardstock. You will then glue the longest piece of cardstock.....(just barely catching the edges of the two pieces)to the top of the backside of that front piece. You will notice you have that 2" area in the inside of card, that's to set the "battery" operated candle in, The fold in the middle of that, is so you can fold it up to send, card will go flat when you fold that middle area up into card.If you go to my blog, you can maybe figure my directions out by looking at my cards! Hope you can understand this! Teresa(catz)
