For my DT card this week I chose Cassandra.

She is in act a vampire so I chose to create a ‘Twilight’ themed card for my brother to give to his fiancée since she adores the Twilight saga.

The stunning papers are from OriginsDigitalcurio

I glittered the paper with chunky glue from my stash to emphasise the sparkly aspect.

The card base and paper were made using a Go Kreate large die.

The image was coloured with Promarkers and the grey part of her dress was painted over with glamour dust paint to give it a fine sparkle.

The flower embellishments were cut using Sue Wilson flower dies.

The sentiment was made on my PC using a quote from the story.

For my DT project this week I decided to make a Christmas hanging ornament to give to one of my neighbours instead of a Christmas card using 

''Frost and Whisker Friends" 

I cut the shapes from a piece of chip board that was protecting some paper I had delivered using one of the Spellbinders ornament dies.

I cut the same shapes from paper from the Rasberry Road collection ‘Christmas Remembered’ Paper Set 1

I used Acrylic paint dabber around the edges of the baubles to create a snow effect.

The snowflakes were cut using several of my dies and then glittered with tonic dies.

The ribbon is from my stash as is the snowflake charm.

The Rubber Room at 613 Avenue Create

Good morning,

                      There is a brand new challenge over at

613 Avenue Create

This month it’s Anything Goes  - optional twist – the Rubber Room – no digital stamps

I have to say that most of the stamps I use nowadays are digital, but I dug out my boxes of stamps and found this little beauty I’ve had for years, along with a paper pack to accompany the set of stamps sitting sadly neglected in my cupboard.

I coloured the image with Promarkers.

The corners were originally gold but I recoloured them with some Pinflair alcohol markers.

The sentiment was stamped onto elements from the paper set which I tore to create a ragged edge.

The thick jute rope was from The Range.
