Week end blues

Morning all
This weekend is turning into a very sad time. We learned yesterday that an old friend had passed away after a long illness. We will miss you Mike. And our eldest daughter's relationship has ended after six years so lots of tea , sympathy and tissues handed out this morning. Anyway on to happier things.
Here is another thank you card for an Asian colleague made using the Tilda in lace jeans stamp. It is hard to find images for my Pakistani friends since most of the stamps are Indian and show part of the leg uncovered. So if there are any would be digi stamp designers out there or rubber stamp designers there is definitely a niche in the market for images wearing a Salwar Kameez. I think I have managed to get the skin tone shading right but it was a bit hit and miss as this is the first time I have done this.
I used the sketch by Jane for the JustMagnolia Challenge

Image Magnolia Tilda in lace jeans; Gingham paper freebie from Bev Rochester's Blog, Tosca paper - Raspberry Road and small floral from stash. Swirls -Marianne Creatables die; flowers and lace Wild Orchids, ribbon and gems from stash. Faux stitching from nitwit digi papers kit.
Thanks for looking please leave a comment.
I am entering this card into the following challenges.
Simon Says Stamp- A stich in time
Just magnolia - sketch
Cute Card Thursday - lace

Enjoy your Saturday
