The papers are from an Alice in Wonderland set but I can’t remember where they were from.

The images are coloured with Promarkers as always.

Christmas in April at Craft Challenge

Time for a brand new challenge at   CRAFT and as it’s the third Thursday of the month it’s our usual  

Christmas Challenge

For my Christmas tag, I used ‘Memories Are Made’

This is such a versatile stamp because it can be used inside a card, or as a focal point on the front of a card or tag as I have used it.

I used a go kreate large tag die and cut the tag from chip board – I save the pieces that come in paper packs to use for these projects.

The paper is from Michelle Roo’s Winter Frost Collection

The lace & tulle are from my stash.

I collected the mini pine cones on a walk and glittered those and the Wild Orchid Roses with Tonic glitter.

The edges were distressed with Tim Holtz Tea Dye Distress Ink.

The snowflakes were cut using memory box and Joy Design Die.

For my DT card I chose Bundles of Joy

It’s my best friend’s birthday soon and as she spends a lot of time looking after her little grandchildren I thought this stamp was perfect for her.

Her family think she is a super nan, so the sentiment used as the stopper on the easel card was made on the PC.

I used the following sketch from Allsorts Challenge  for the design of my card.

The image was of course coloured with Promarkers.

The papers are from my stash and I can’t remember where they are from.

The flowers were made using Sue Wilson’s Striped Nasturtiums dies.

He ribbon and gems are also from my stash.

For my DT card this week I chose Snorkel Ellie

As always she has been coloured with Promarkers.

The papers are from Raspberry road seaside chic collection and recoloured digitally to fit the colour combo.

The shells in the bottom right are from the Raspberry Road Ocean Breeze shell collection and have been glazed with Glossy Accents.

The other shells are from my stash.

The sentiment is a quote from Jacques Cousteau and was made on my PC.

Embossing at I Love Promarkers

For my DT card I chose My New Shoes

My dear friend has just celebrated her 70^th birthday. This image reminded me of how she looked as a child so I had to use it to make her card.

The image is coloured with Promarkers.

The papers are from MichelleR Designs Basic Shabby set.

I embossed the paper using a Crafters Comapnion Butterfly embossing folder and used the debossed side.

I then used a Marianne die to create the frame, embossed and inked it.

I used Marianne butterfly dies to cut the butterflies and heat embossed them with ‘pink’ and ‘jingle bells’ WOW embossing powders.

The swirl was a doo hickey die and the flowers were from Wild Orchid Crafts.

In Your Easter Bonnet.....

                      There is a brand new challenge over at 613 Avenue Create

This month it’s Anything Goes  - optional twist – Spring has Sprung

For my project this month I wanted to make a small gift that my grandson could give to the lady that runs his tots play group.

I made this Easter Bonnet treat box and filled it with mini eggs.
