For my project this week I have made a card for my best friend’s 60^th birthday.

I was lucky enough to be able to work with this lovely stamp from Star Stamps

The Alice in Wonderland papers were from Etsy I think but I can’t remember the designer and have searched but can’t find it now.

The lace and pearls are from my stash.

GDT Crafting By Designs

Good Morning,

Today I would like to share my GDT card for Crafting By Designs.

This week they have a Tic Tac Toe challenge.

 

 Here is my GDT project

The Saturated Canary image is called 'Make Up Time' and is just perfect for our middle daughter who turns 30 this time as she is always spends ages applying her make up so that it looks perfect.

IShe is coloured using Promarkers

The gorgeous papers are from the Letterbox Garden Song Collection by Katie Petiet.

The butterfly border is a memory box die I think although I don’t seem to be able to find the link.

The matting and layering ovals are part of a Tonic Die set ‘With Love’

The clever Faux Embroidery was added digitally in my Craft Artist Program.

Welcome Little Princess

Good morning,

                      Can you believe that we have just begun the second month of the year? As it’s the first Friday of the month we have a new challenge over at

Creative Artistes Mixed Media Challenge

This month it’s anything goes – no twist just whatever you like.

We have so many babies arriving in the next few months, so I decided to make a keepsake to welcome the new baby which can also double as a gift.

Filled with socks rolled as rosebuds this can be used as a new baby gift or for a baby shower gift.

I used a cutting file from  Sandra’s Scrap Shop for my Silhouette machine. The template is available as a pdf also if you don’t have a cutting machine.

The papers are from the Baby Elephant set by Designloverstudio over at Etsy.

The lace and ribbon are from my stash.

Hearts and bears were from ebay

Flowers are from Wild orchid crafts.
